5-12 business days after approving your artwork!

First in line means that you will be in the front of the queue to get your artwork drawn. You are guaranteed to receive your digital artwork within 1-2 days so that you can approve it or request revisions. Please note this is for DIGITAL only, physical product shipping and delivery will still vary based on revisions, and regular shipping timeframes.

Once your digital portrait is complete, I'll send it to you via email for approval.

If you've ordered a product (Canvas/Mug/Pillow) Once you approve your digital portrait, I will send you the physical print which will be delivered to you in 1-2 weeks via FedEx/USPS in the mail!

 This is an additional option that is offered at an additional cost which varies between $3.99-$7.99. 

      What is covered:

• Lost in Transit: Due to carrier delays we consider lost in transit after 12 business days of no tracking update on the Website.
• Delivered, Not Received: This is in the case your order shows it was; however, you did not receive it. (We ONLY approve this coverage after opening an investigation with the carrier and results in the carriers fault ex: delivered to the wrong address)
• Damaged: Damages due to shipping handling

I'm 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!

Once your portrait is ready, I'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send me your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and I don't hear from you, I'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

I'm always ready to make unlimited revisions free of charge until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you, I do not accept returns / refunds.

Remember, I offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!

The dimensions of my illustration will be by default 4800px by 4800px. If you would like custom dimensions, please include this in your order notes

Yes, absolutely, unlike some I put no restrictions on your portrait, it’s yours to do whatever you want with.

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to me. 

The better quality the photo the easier it will be for me to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, I'll let you know if I'm having any issues.
