You can cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. but unfortunately, I do not process any refunds for cancellations after I start working on your portrait. However, I can offer unlimited product revisions until you are satisfied with your illustration. For damaged products upon arrival
For any damaged products upon receipt that are completely not the customer's fault (manufacturing faults, shipment faults, etc), please send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of an item that you received so that I can immediately assist you and sort this out as soon as possible.
